The cost of not paying an additional 168aud

Who said Dell got wonderful services? well maybe they do if i've paid the express delivery fees that cost another additional 168aud ontop of the customer service fees and all, etc.. &%#%, The bugger on the phone said after an order have been confirmed and charged, it should be delivered in 3-5 working days, and so i agreed on the "yea, deliver it to my place then" instead of going to the bay/warehouse and pick it up myself. And so i waited, checked on the delivery status online and got shocked, it says estimated delivery date = 10th of may, and i was like.. wtf, i ordered and confirmed the fucking thing on the phone on 2nd of May, and the bugger did say no later than 5 working days, and so i called on saturday night to confirm, and one of the customer service dudes told me this,"the clauses and conditions on the transportation part only applied fully to customers located in Vic State, Queensland, NSW, and WA(western australia), and at that moment.. i felt like driving to melb and slap that bastard. Sighz, now, after few calls and traces, realized that the pc i ordered should STILL be in Vic state waiting for it cues to be sent to Southern Australia (where adelaide is, damn.. it really does sound like my place = kampung, village.. wtf??) Man.. knowing aussies, the ordered good(my PC, oh i got a desktop instead of laptop/notebook btw), might not even be delivered as 'estimated' on 10th of may.. man.. i hate this..
